A Walk In Tulum, Mexico

Stacks of fruit. Heaps of seaweed. Rustic furniture. Raw charm.

Tulum is naturally beautiful in the way a place or thing doesn’t have to try hard to be anything but what it is. I’ve described it time and time again as picturesque because it is just that. The city will whisper to you what to capture and nudge you to appreciate all that simplicity has to offer.

My folks are from small towns and Tulum has that kind of vibe- small town. As much as you might see evidence of modernization, there is still an overall sense of preservation for the way things have been. Being here urges you to acknowledge the balance between ancient and neo-bohemia.

What you see is what you get. No more. No less. Take it or leave it.
